When you purchase a Shared Desk, there is no need to reserve a particular workspace in advance each day, you can come and go as needed and use any available desk. This plan also includes 3 days a month in any of our network locations around the world so you don’t have to worry about where to work when you travel.
This plan includes access to our events, mentors, benefits, support and services, a building key with 9am to 6pm access and 3 hours of conference room use per month. Additional workspace and conference rooms use may be made available for an additional fee.

Spark Membership plans begin the day you sign up. Private Office, Dedicated Desk & Shared Desk memberships begin on the 1st of the month. Our one-calendar month move-out policy requires move out on the last day of the month for Private Offices and Dedicated Desks, allowing new members to move in on the 1st of the month. If this day lands on a weekend, arrangements will be made accordingly.

Our offices have hard-wired Ethernet connections, as well as Wi-Fi. Private IP addresses and server storage are available at an additional cost.
All plans include an allotted amount of hours correlating to your membership type and office size and that can be used virtually at all Spark Labs proprietary locations. Reservations can be made online or on-the-go by accessing our Global Network Platform.

It’s a great way to start new relationships with other entrepreneurs, mentors or innovators around our global network.
Shared Desks include desks and chairs. Dedicated Desks and Private Offices includes desks, chairs, and lockable filing cabinets.
Each Spark Labs location has at least one multi-function copier/scanner/printer with unlimited use.
Spark Labs is a community of tech & media founders and innovative entrepreneurs. Meet and connect with like-minded people and companies at our weekly and monthly events. Spark Labs creates events on a regular basis with various partners and speakers but our members are also welcome to organize their own events and take advantage of our event spaces for free.

Spark Labs staff are generally onsite at each location between 9 AM – 6 PM local time Monday through Friday except for federal holidays.
For members with Dedicated Desks or Private offices, you have 24/7 access.
Tours are generally scheduled in advance but we accommodate tours on demand if we can. Scheduling in advance ensures our availability and helps our team focus on helping you choose the right Spark Labs space. Spark Labs is pet-friendly! If you plan on bringing a pet to the building, you will be solely responsible for any injury or damage caused by your pet to other members or their property. Spark Labs is not responsible for any injury to any pet brought into a Spark Labs building. In addition, any pet brought into a Spark Labs building must be vaccinated. We reserve the right to restrict your ability to bring your pet at our discretion.
Every Spark Labs office is uniquely designed and total square footage differs from location to location. Each office provides more than enough room for a team to work comfortably. Schedule a tour to check it out for yourself!

All Spark Labs memberships come with mail and package handling.
No, we are unable to support multiple mailing addresses for one account.
Spark Membership, Shared Desk, Dedicated Desk, and Private Office plans include a monthly reservation allocation that can be used to reserve conference rooms. After you have used your allotted conference room hours, you are free to make additional reservations at a cost of $25/half hour or $40/hour. Your monthly allocations do not rollover from month to month.
You can book Conference Room hours though the Conference Room Calendar for any location or contact your Community Manager. Reservations are limited to 90 minutes per session.
For conference room reservations, we have a first-come, first-served policy and recommend making a reservation as early as possible to guarantee availability.
Conference room size varies per location. Generally, our conference rooms accommodate teams of 3 - 10.
Dedicated Desk and Private Office members can access the conference rooms 24/7. Spark Membership & Shared Desk members can only access the conference rooms from Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM local time.

No, at sign up all that is required is a one-month deposit.
Members are required to give one-calendar month notice to move out. Members must move out on the last business day of the month. Example: If a member wants to move out on August 31st, they must give notice to Spark Labs on July 31st.
Yes! If the building of your choice has availability, we will work with you to organize a seamless transfer to the building of your choice.
Yes! Spark Labs now offers custom built spaces for teams of 12 or more. As your team begins to grow, tell your Community Manager and we’ll find the perfect space for you.
Spark Labs does not charge a late fee.
Conference Room: $25.00/half hour or $40/hour
Key Replacement Fee: $25.00
